Jerome “Jay” Anderson is former professional basketball player of United States. He was born on October 9, 1953 in a city of West Virginia called as Mullens located in United States.
He was a tall basketball player of height six feet and five inches and weight of about 88 kilo grams or 195 pounds. He played his basketball professionally at Guard position. He was actually made for this position because he was very suitable for a guard position and his performance in different in games proved that.
Jerome started his educational career from a high school like many other basketball players of different sports. He was a student of Mullens High School located in Mullens city. He was an above average through out his all educational career but in his school he was very good in his studies. Then he took part in school games and sports.
Although he was a multi talented sports player and he could play many of the sports being played at his school. His interest in basketball was developed due to his fitness and compatibility with basket ball. He had strong body and tall height as these are the basic requirements of basketball so he decided to play basketball for his school.
He proved that he is a good player of basketball and he was selected in his school’s basketball team. He played many games for his school and many of those games he played his team won.Jerome played college basketball in West Virginia University. He joined that university after the compilation of his school education.
He played for his university’s basketball team. He played a good basketball in his university and won many games for his team. Jerome started his professional career when he was drafted by Boston Celtics in 1975 NBA draft. Jerome played for some other teams in NBA during his professional career. He was retired in 1978.
